The "Tsukushi 7000" is a work barge for caisson production with a cargo capacity of 7,000 tons. It is equipped with advanced facilities and innovations throughout, allowing for the efficient and safe production of large caissons. Additionally, the inflow and outflow of water during caisson launching can be operated fully automatically by a computer. 【Features】 - The required time for inflow and outflow during caisson launching is set to 2.5 hours each, enabling quick launching. - Two jib cranes are installed on one side as loading and unloading machinery to improve work efficiency. - The thickness of the pontoon deck steel plate is 14mm, with a pressure resistance of 20t/m². - A passageway is provided in the central part of the hull, allowing access on both sides even during sinking. - The height is set at 25.00m for high launching, with a maximum sinking draft of 23.50m. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

The "Hamanasu No. 3" is a work barge designed for caisson production, boasting a manufacturing capacity of 7,000 tons. As a floating dock, it is capable of producing small to medium-sized caissons as well as large caissons, with a very short time of just 2 hours required for both filling and draining during caisson launching. Additionally, a passageway is provided in the center of the hull, allowing access on both sides even during sinking. 【Features】 - The filling and draining during caisson launching can be operated fully automatically by a computer. - Two jib cranes are installed on one side as cargo handling machinery to enhance work efficiency. - The thickness of the pontoon deck steel plate is 14mm, providing a robust pressure resistance of 13t/m². - Internal telephones are installed in four key locations, including the control room, to simplify communication. - The height is set at 19.50m for high launching, with a maximum sinking draft of 18.00m. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*

The "Kōyō 12000" is a work barge for caisson production, boasting a manufacturing capacity of 12,000 tons. As one of the largest floating docks in the country, it achieves excellent watertightness and strength, demonstrating its capabilities particularly in the production of large caissons, which are in high demand, as well as in large-scale projects. Additionally, the pontoon deck is robust, with a thickness of 14mm and a pressure resistance of 18t/m², and advanced shipbuilding technology is utilized throughout the hull structure. 【Features】 - The required time for water intake and drainage is approximately 2.5 hours. - Thanks to computer-controlled ballast tank water intake, even massive caissons can be launched in an extremely short time. - Equipped with two jib cranes with a reach of 40m and a rated load of 6.0t on the upper deck's port side, allowing for efficient caisson production. - The depth of the upper deck is 28.3m, enabling high launching. - It can secure a maximum sinking draft (planned) of 26.8m, among other features. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*
